In the early 1990s, Michael J. Nolan was an aspiring young student who had moved down from Fort Wayne, Indiana to live on Fort Myers Beach and manage his apartment building. He had the opportunity to take a part-time job pumping gas at the Mobile Gas Station on Periwinkle Way on Sanibel Island to help make ends meet. Little did he know that one opportunity would open his eyes to the magnificent little community of Sanibel Island which still represents to him the most beautiful Island and beaches in this part of the country. 

Sanibel and Captiva Islands seem to keep a rather low profile compared to the other communities with beautiful beaches in Florida. That is by design because these places would never stand for being a loud tourist destination. This also allows the Islands to maintain their amazing property values, magnificent quality of life for the wonderful residents, and pristine natural beauty. What Is Discount or Flat Fee Real Estate Brokerage?

Florida Luxury Broker Realty offers the same real estate services as expensive, percentage-based real estate companies, except we charge a fair, flat fee of $5000 to list your home regardless of the selling price. That is the only fee charged by Florida Luxury Broker Realty to provide all of the professional Realtor and MLS listing services, marketing, and post-contract services involved in selling your property. 

As the home seller, you pay your buyer’s agent commission. If an outside agent brings you a buyer, you have the option to offer the agent from the Multiple Listing Service the flat $5000 as well, or a traditional percentage-based commission if you choose. If Florida Luxury Broker Realty also works with the buyer as a Transactional Broker, we always charge only $5000 for the buyers’ side. That means $10,000 for the entire transaction regardless of the sale price. No percentages, no extra transaction fees, all the service.
